Hi, I'm Ken Blair, owner and operator of ClearLine Striping, based in Greenfield, TN.

I started this company to do one thing well: give small and mid-size commercial properties — especially quick-service restaurants — striping and lot maintenance they can count on, done by the person who's actually responsible for the work.

Here's what I offer. On the striping side, I handle parking lot striping and re-striping, ADA-compliant markings, fire lane and curb painting, stop bars, directional arrows, symbols, crosswalks, and general safety markings. I also do Outdoor Court Line Striping — basketball, pickleball, and multi-game courts — for schools, parks, medical facilities, and homeowners. Beyond striping, I offer power washing, cold and heated, for gas station fuel islands, grease areas, dumpster pads, and drive-thru lanes, plus parking lot power sweeping, light litter pickup, and snow clearing.

For property and facility managers who want it off their plate year-round, I also offer a recurring lot maintenance program — sweeping, light trash pickup, power washing, striping touch-ups, pothole repair, and snow removal, scheduled on a regular route so your lot always looks the way it should, without you having to call every time something needs attention.

I stay focused on small to mid-size lots so every job gets my full attention. When something's bigger than I can handle alone, I bring in a network of trusted paving and concrete partners, so no job gets turned away.

I don't take deposits — payment is due when the job's done, no exceptions on standard work. A deposit may apply for jobs needing custom colors, custom stencils, or specialty materials I don't keep in stock. I run it that way because I've seen customers get burned by a contractor who took a deposit and disappeared. I'm fully insured, and a COI is available anytime you need one.
